I keep common areas neat, very laid back, don't smoke, throw parties, etc. I work full time, go to school, & active in church. I kayak & love outdoor activities! There are 2 smaller bedrooms with closets, a hall closet, & a bathroom that are closed from the rest of the house. 1 person can rent the space for $600/mo or 2 people can split it for $350/ea furnished or unfurnished. You can park in the garage & a shed in the backyard for any storage needs. Looking fwd to hearing from you soon!
