Hi ! My name is Robin and I have 2 beautiful rooms and a private bath for rent . My daughter has moved out to attend Chapel Hill and I would like to rent the rooms to the right person . New hardwood flooring has been installed in the bedrooms and the larger room is actually a bonus room and larger than a master bedroom . I have 2 very sweet dogs and own/ operate a pet sitting agency . I am very laid back and pretty much always in a good mood ?? I am asking $800 a month / utilities included :)
