This room is the larger of 2 available for rent next fall (smaller one goes for $350). there is no security deposit, but first and last months rent is required up front (within 90 days of the start of the lease). rent includes cable internet and satellite TV in each room (w/ sports pack and optional premium channels for xtra). some items of funiture for the room are available if needed. Note: Bathrooms are shared. pets are allowed but must be approved (there is currently one inside dog)
