About this household
The apartment is a two bedroom in Northridge apartment complex. I am in need of a roommate. I do have a small cat that is not very active but friendly once he gets to know someone. I like to keep the apartment clean and share the responsibilities equal. The total rent is $550 a month but $275 each with Water, WIFI, Cable and Trash included. all appliances are electric, no gas.
