Summary

I recently broke up with my boyfriend, and now I need to get a roommate. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment near Applebee’s. It is a pet friendly apartment, but I have two dogs already. They are very friendly, but slightly hyper. Rent would be $267.50/month. Trash & water included. We would pay for internet & electric. I have a bunch of furniture & everything, except for a tv. So you really wouldn’t need to bring much. No smoking inside, and must be able to clean up after yourself.
