Currently have a fully furnished apartment and need a roommate by june 1st to take over the lease from my current roommate. The building is relatively new, fairly quiet and centrally located in Grand Forks. A garage will be included as well. I am neat and tend to be pretty quiet most of the time. Currently attending UND for UAS Operations and will be here for at least 2 more years. I am okay with either a male or female roommate.
