Spare room available in two bedroom 2 bath townhouse. It already has a queen bed (new mattress), tv, chest of drawers and night stand. I have a 2 1/2 year old dog. Washer & dryer are in the unit. I've lived here alone since March. Looking for a roommate to save up some extra money.
