Hello, I'm currently looking for a responsible, trustworthy female who I can share my space with. I have 1 cat and im currently renting out my spare room fully furnished with a full size bed, dresser, night table, and TV. Utilities and internet included. Parking is a bit rough, would have to use street parking. I'm looking for someone who is quiet, clean, and respects privacy. If interested, a background check is requured.
