I've got a room available in Mizner Park in Boca for ~$1150 a month. Spacious living room, private bathrooms, refurbished kitchen and small balcony outside. Quiet apartment, easy walking access to shops/restaurants, and right off Federal Highway for commuting. It's the best value I've found in the area for cost/proximity.
