My name is Alice, I am 21 years old. I have two cats, both are very friendly. I am open to pets if you have them! Rent is semi-negotiable. The complex is very nice, new and loaded with amenities. I am a student currently, however this is not a "student housing" complex. I am a chemist currently and work most days. I am pretty chill and very organized! I don't mind having fun on the weekends.
