My boyfriend and I have our second bed/bath for rent. We are a very stable couple in our early 50s and together for many years. I am a returning student and he is an IT guy for a local company. We prefer a roommate that is quiet, routinely cleans areas up after use, and is respectful of our need for quiet to study. We have 2 indoor only cats.
