Beautifully maintained, very clean and modern, gated community, 2 car attached garage, vaulted ceilings in living room and master bedroom, fireplace, patio, new appliances, 1/2 bath downstairs, both bedrooms have private full bath. I have a cat–she’s very clean, quiet, housebroken, doesn’t jump on the table/kitchen counters, doesn't scratch furniture (I have white leather couches and she has never touched them).
