Safe and convenient location in Hickory. This townhouse was just been completely gutted. 1.5 bathrooms (the upstairs bathroom has 2 sinks). New W/D in unit. No smoking allowed on the property. Power, water, & wifi are not included in the rent. These will be shared expenses. About me: I keep to myself. I'm fairly clean/tidy. I don't do drugs/ drink/smoke.
