I am a young 47 year old female. I live in Waterford Place in Hickory. I have a fully furnished room and bathroom available for rent. Waterford has a pool, gym, tennis courts. I temporarily have 2 cats and my dog is permanent. He is a Pomeranian. Rent is $600 plus half power and cable. I drink socially and do smoke but only outside. I enjoy TV shows but most of all enjoy watching Soccer. Huge Messi fan!!
