Hey guys! I’m looking at housing for next year, and I’m thinking of renting a 3-person townhome with Villas at Happy Valley. Since I have a dog, they ask that I bring some people who are okay with living with my pup! It’s individual leases, 2 floors, and you get your own room/bathroom/closet. Rent is $625-645 and includes parking and all utilities except electricity. If anyone wants to know more about it, let me know! :) *Disclaimer:* the complex only allows one pet per unit!
