It is a three bedroom, 2 bath townhouse, less than 10 minute drive to Penn State’s campus. Rental is for $800 for one of the three bedrooms. Townhouse is fully furnished. The available bedroom is a full bed. Utilities, WiFi, HOA fees and taxes included. Opening is for Dec ‘22 - July ‘23 sublet. After both parties can decide if they want to sign a new lease for Aug ‘23-Aug ‘24. From Dec-Aug there will a 24 yr old History major living there. There is also a 23 yr old Grad student for Accounting
