Looking for someone to take over my sublease at The Avenue Apartments off of N Quaker, available now! The sublease ends August 2nd, but you will be able to extend the lease if you plan to stay. It is a furnished 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath apartment (you can have the bedroom furniture removed if you ask the office when signing) with a balcony and stairs. There is an open parking lot available for each apartment building therefore there aren't parking passes. Cats and dogs are allowed, with pet deposit. My apartment is right next to the office, so it's a short distance to pick up mail, go to the gym, or access the basketball/volleyball courts.
