I have a room available at the Avenue of Lubbock $550! It is a furnished 3 bed 3.5 bath town home, with awesome amenities. Wifi/cable, water are included in the price and I can leave my router if you'd like! The room being sublet is the largest room with 2 closets and a private bathroom. Move in is Dec 9 and I will pay all of December as well as your application fee. Electricity is separate because after renewing we found it cheaper.
