About this household

I am leaving TN and am looking for someone to take over my studio lease. I live close to UTK as well as convenient to laundry, grocery, public transportation, downtown, etc. My lease expires at the end of July and would ideally vacate this space by mid-December. All housing expenses are as follows - $545/month + water/sewer/trash; KUB is separate and WiFi is optional, parking can be available ~ $700, dependent on how much heat/air you use. You need to pass my building's screening to proceed.
