About this household
Older House in Happy Holler, great area off Central Ave Pike, close to downtwon. Good size private bedroom and big private bath. Great porches on the front and back. Back yard is fenced and has a firepit. Rent includes Xfinity. Split KUB runs about $230 monthly. Smoking outside. I do have a kitten, he is very energetic, but funny. I drink occassionally. You need to be neat and clean. I am an easy going person with a good sense of humor, I would like someone with the same!
