I am looking for a non smoker who is cool and laid back to rent my room. I am trying to get someone in here for atleast a year while i go to school, but would prefer someone who is ready to stay for atleast two. The apartment is awesome, so is the neighborhood. Right next to the A train. The rent will be less for the first 2 months. I need someone in here by August 15th. Asking for first months rent, and Security. Rent will be 650 till i move out.
