I'm a very clean & organized person. I cannot stand living with someone who is messy and does not pick up after themselves. I do not do drugs; therefore, I do not want them in or around the house. I do drink occasionally, but can control myself. I like to have a good time & party every now & then, but not every night. The utilities are in my name; therefore, prompt payment for your half is expected. I tend to get along well with most everyone, as long as there is mutual respect for each other.
