Me and my wife recently purchased a home in Round Rock. We are close to Old Settlers park and many other places as well. We are only renting out one room at the cost of 600 which includes water, trash, electric, gas and internet. We prefer someone that can be here at least 6 months. We require a 250 deposit for any accidents you may have and will be given back at move out. We can negotiate if you do not have the deposit up front. We can also work out payments that are more flexible for you.
