I have a room for rent in my house. 150 cleaning deposit. Month to month. I have a 7 year old and a cat. We are never really home. We spend most of the day at the park or playing sports. Looking to rent to a person just living alone in the room, no couples or kids. No pets. I do a lot of the cleaning but you must pick up after yourself. It would be a shared bathroom and I have a washer and dryer.
