I'm a retired outgoing person who stays busy. I've a cat and small dog who are rarely there. Looking to share my beautiful, modest-sized home in the quite, semi-rural Colonial Valley, 10 minutes to town. 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, wood floors, covered patio, large yard, plenty of parking. Bedroom is unfurnished it is approximately 12'x14". The bathroom is steps outside the bedroom door and was recent remodeled. Washer and dryer. I pay the internet and garbage. Tenant would be responsible for their portion of the electrical. Pets are negotiable.
