Looking for a roommate. 3 bedroom house on N Ave, near EOU and downtown. Shared bathroom, huge living area. All common areas are fully furnished, including a washer and dryer. Bedrooms are partially furnished with beds, but they can be moved if you have your own bed. There’s a full basement for storage. There’s a large, fenced backyard with a fireplace and covered patio. $400 per month includes all utilities, plus a $100 deposit. No smoking. Looking for someone respectful and clean.
