My name is Tony and I have a nice 2800 sq foot house 3 Blocks from the EOU Campus and like to rent rooms to college students or younger working class. We have had mostly Athletes but open to other students as well. Clean drug free home and very respectful roomates. The home is completely drug free and not a party house. We have a large yard and a hot tub out back. If you want a simple drama free place to live that is affordable this might be what you are looking for. All Utilities are paid
