Nice house in excellent/extremely safe neighborhood. End of a cul-d-sac. I live on west side of Palmdale. Only 2.5 miles from mall and rest of activity. I live on a hill side with great views from room i'm renting out and you get the balcony next to it that's actually bigger than the room. Get your own bathroom. Use of whole house. I'm very chill, relaxed and respectful. Job sometimes requires me to be gone most of day and travel too. Call to look at room. Oh, i have a cool dog.Non-smoker please
