About this household

I have a beautiful double wide home in a gated community. It has three bedrooms and 2 baths. I have two living areas and spacious kitchen, dining room and laundry room. There is a swimming pool/spa, library, gym, park and clubhouse in our community. I am a single mother. My son is 10 years old and we home school. We are quiet people. I don't have parties and I rarely have people over. We would be splitting the rent and we can discuss the utilities. We can help one another. Feel welcomed.
