I have a large house with 2 extra bedrooms available for rent. 2 bedrooms for $500 a month or 1 for $400. Both are decent sized bedrooms with closet storage in them. My 12 year old daughter and I currently live with our 2 very friendly dogs in a 4 bedroom house not far from Target and Walmart in Waterloo. Rent includes all utilities and use of all common areas and the washer and dryer in the basement. We are very quiet and mostly tidy but not neat freaks. Hoping to find someone ASAP.
