Our building is a cute little two story building in Isla Vista, with white and blue paint. The living room is huge, and it's just about the lowest rent you'll find in IV! All my roommates are amazing, and we're three streets up from DP (Del Playa) which is the street where the parties happen :) The neighborhood is quiet, and also about two blocks from the library at UCSB. If you're a city college student, the 15x stops RIGHT outside our house, and goes directly to SBCC
