About this household

Hello everyone, I am currently looking for 1 female roommate to fill in for me as I am leaving. We are all students at a local university. You will be sharing a 3 bedroom (2 bath) apartment with two females and a friendly and well-trained large dog. We are near a shopping center with lots of restaurants and grocery stores, and numerous bus stops. Rent is $700 without utilities, but you will also pay for utilities. The lease ends in July. We live in an apartment complex that is in a busy area and is very safe.
