Couple renting second bedroom of a 2 bedroom 1 bath house. Must be vaccinated. The $ 700/mo includes all utilities and internet. We have a washer/dryer and a fenced backyard. We have a medium sized dog and ferrets that have their own living area, so not looking for more pets but you must to good with at least the dog. We live in a quiet area near downtown Hillsboro. Looking for a non-smoking, non-party roommate but 420 is ok. You don't have to be sociable but some would be nice.
