I have a room in a 2-bedroom apartment, which is part of a 4-apartment house. My roommate is moving out for school so I need someone to take over her room and her half of the finances. It's $275 a month, plus half of cable/internet, electric and gas (which works out to approx $110 a month). I have a cat, and another cat is more than welcome, but as it's relatively small place on the 2nd floor, a dog wouldn't be practical. The apartment has personality, a few quirks and really sweet landlord!
