Beautiful spacious condo w/ split floor plan in the heart of Aventura. Room has private bathroom, good size w/ roman tub and walk in closet. Condo is completely updated w/ wood floors (except rooms, carpet) granite countertops in kitchen, stainless steel appliances, etc. Condo is fully furnished except for the available room and I am waiting on dining table to be built, but there is a countertop bar in kitchen with stools. Community is right on the bay...pool is amazing, nice neighbors, must see
