Very nice condo with new stainless steel appliances, a marble kitchen countertop, carpetting in the livingroom and each of the 2 bedrooms, ceramic tile in hallway, kitchen, and dining room area as well as the bathroom walls and floors. Roommate would have their own private master bedroom/bathroom and would only need to worry about furnishing their bedroom (the remainder of the living area is already furnished with a comfortable couches, big screen TV, chairs, dining room table, etc.)
