My name is Alaina and I'm a Junior at CSU studying Psychology. I'm 420 friendly if it's not all the time, prefer outside only. I've got a 3 bed place I'm moving into in mid-October at Heritage Park, off of Prospect and Shields (just a few minutes away from campus!). I'm taking over a friend's lease, currently his rent, with all utilities included, is $466 a person. However, when I take over the lease the rent might get bumped up to around $475.
