About this household

I have a room with attached bath available in a 3bed 3 bath apartment in the greek housing area (close to campus). Its fully furnished with sofa and tv in the living room. Washer and dryer inside the apartment, newer construction. Rent is $595 for the room including everything (rent, electricity, utilities, internet) I am a casual,quiet and tidy person. I keep the apartment low noise and tidy. I work from home (9-5).
