Midtown 4x4 room up for grabs. Room is on the first floor close to exit and elevator. Has it’s own bathroom. Just cleaned and has been no one in the room for a month. Comes with a bed and dresser. Rent is $549 for May, June, and July. But new leases are available to keep the room from then on. I have No use for this room anymore, but is within 5mins from campus walking and has a parking garage, pool, and gym, and plenty of joints to hit right on the strip.
