Private room private entrance and driveway. Clean safe home. Furnished or not. Share shower. I have a half bath on my side home is a split plan so lots of privacy. Center of town close to college and interstate. I can rent bi-weekly if getting on your feet. Lots of light larger fence yard. I do have dogs but they have no access to 80 percent of the home. Kitchen and living roomed is doored off to them. But they make it very safe. I’m very laid back and stay busy. I don’t object to a male tenant
