Hi~ I have nice home located close to shopping,zoo and Business 220.Mid way to Ramseur,about 35mins to Sanford and 7mins to Randleman. There is plenty of yard space,chicken coop,and utility building outside.There is a sun room,not set up but it can be. I am quiet,respectful,and a christian.No smoking inside,NO alcohol on premises.This is a nice neighborhood and we desire it to remain this way.This is set up for one individual.If 2 rent will increase.It is also close to a couple service station
