Available room in a quiet residential area. You have full access to the house (aside from my room and workshop), your own bathroom, and a spot in the garage. House has all major appliances (working on getting a washer and dryer currently) and a partially finished basement. Central air/forced air. Pet friendly. I work full time in Findlay. I’m pretty laid back and enjoy art, videogames, and hanging out.
