Renting out one bedroom in a three bedroom house. Rent includes all utilities and wifi. 1.7 miles from University of Findlay, a couple blocks off of Main St. Off-street parking. Large back yard. potential roommate must be willing to participate in chores/yardwork when necessary, and provide their own meals. I am a game design hobbyist and prefer someone with programming experience and/or musical or artistic talent, not into sports. I stay up late, rarely noisy, work second shift.
