Located near the 60 hwy / 202 loop interchange. My home has a split floor plan to allow more privacy. The 140 sqft room is furnished with a queen size bed and TV. I ask that you pay 1/3 of the electric. I have a home based business, so would like a professional roommate who works a normal 8-5 day job (or similar hours).
