I'm taking over someone's lease and looking for 2 roomates for a 3 bedroom apartment at Paragon at Kierland in North Scottsdale. Move-in would be November 16th (November prorated). I'm looking for 1-2 roommates. Rent will be ONLY $342 each if we have 3 roommates. With two roommates it will be $516 a room, plus split utilities. It's a great deal either way for this location. This is for a 1,500 sq. foot apartment. Very nice and within walking distance of Kierland Commons.
