Really nice place... Never had any problems with the landlord. You get your moneys worth that is for sure. Kitchen is small, but adequate. Has air conditiong and free heat. Free pizza coupons for a year as well. I broke up with my girlfriend and she was living with me so I hope to make a new friend as well as a roomate to replace her. I am so easy to live with, because I let anyone have the space they need to live their own life but I can be a great friend as well
