Rent is $500 plus half of utilities (cable/internet and electricity) All other utilities and HOA fees are included in rent. I would like a deposit of the last month's rent, which can be paid over 2-3 months. there is a pool and hot tub, and i have a patio. the condo is partially below ground which makes it easy to stay warm in winter and cool in summer!
