I have a beach house/condo available in Pismo Beach. 2 bed/2 bath fully furnished and clean with a 2 car garage and close to the beach with a fairly distant ocean view deck. It's within a short walking distance to the beach. It's off of Stimson and Dolliver if you know where that is. The owners are in a crunch and are willing to do 1100 or even 1000/month with all utilities included! I'm looking for a decent roomate that can make the 500 or 550 payments reliably.
