Room avaliable in Shell Beach condo. You would be living with a couple in their early 20s. House is a minute walk from the beach, beautiful view! 10 minutes from Poly and Cuesta. Rent is without utilities or you could pay $640 and have all utilities included right now there is no cable in room but we are willing to have it hooked up for you.
