New home in Atlantic Beach with fenced back yard and deck with firepit. Includes internet and fully furnished (though if you have your own furnishings that is ok too). Designated parking space. Quiet street in family neighborhood. Full access kitchen and washer/dryer use on a designated schedule. Cleaning lady comes in once per month. I am a single professional woman looking for someone to share expenses. I have a small King Charles Cavalier, so other pets would depend on compatibility. I am allergic to cats. No children or couples. It is a very nice new dwelling with modern appliances. Looking for a no drama person. Students 18 and over but no smoking, no drugs, no excessive drinking and no large group gatherings allowed due to COVID restrictions. I sometimes work from home, but have a separate home office. Occasional overnight guests ok. We have one roommate who is an engineer with the Navy. He is sweet, kind and easy to get along with.
